I am interested in the collection, analysis and visualization of complex, multi-dimensional, multi-scale data.
My work focuses on the acquisition and study of the stereo-electroencephalographic (SEEG)
signal in a population of epileptic patients. The objective is to develop innovative solutions to better understand the brain networks at the origin of epilepsy and to facilitate diagnosis. To do so, I use various tools related to signal processing, statistical analysis, artificial intelligence and interactive data visualization. The idea is to probe the brain from a macroscopic to a microscopic scale, from local field potentials to single neurons, in-vivo in humans.
